The training surface of the Skandika vibration plate V1 double motor is 69 cm x 39 cm. This larger than average surface ensures that you can perform all exercises comfortably and safely.

3D vibrations

The Skandika vibration plate V1 double motor vibrates linearly and oscillates. The result is a circular and three-dimensional vibration pattern. The multi-directional vibration system activates even more muscles than conventional two-dimensional vibration technologies.

Touch display

The compact touch and information display allows you to control the vibration plate and shows you all relevant training data at a glance. The vibration plate has 5 optimised training programmes and 1 individual training programme. You can set a total of 198 speed levels.

Bluetooth speaker
