Payment and Dispatch

1.1 You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

• PayPal
• PayPal Express
• Direct debit via PayPal
• Credit card payment via PayPal
• Prepayment by bank transfer _Note: For items with a later delivery date, it is necessary that we receive the payment at least 14 days before the planned dispatch date.

1.2 For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

• Advance payment by bank transfer _Note: For items with a later delivery date, it is necessary that we receive payment at least 14 days before the planned dispatch date.

2.1 Your order will be dispatched via DHL, UPS, freight forwarder

2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Europe (mainland only)

2.3 Goods delivered by a forwarding agent are delivered "free kerbside", i.e. to the public kerbside nearest to the delivery address.

3.1 Delivery within Germany is free of charge.

3.2 The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 working days, for forwarding goods 3-5 working days. For shipping outside Germany, this is usually 2-4 working days.

3.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
