The advantages of vibration training are obvious: it is extremely effective and takes very little time. On average, people only use about 60 % of their muscles. Vibration training involves the other 40% and is particularly suitable for activating your deep muscles. Vibration training is an ideal full-body workout.

The side alternating or oscillating vibration technique is characterised by an up and down movement of the vibro plate. 3D vibration is also known as the triaxial vibration technique. With this technique, the vibro plate moves both in a linear and oscillating manner, creating a three-dimensional vibration pattern with low amplitudes. 3D vibration plates activate even more muscles than conventional two-dimensional vibration technology, allowing for an even more effective and coordinatively challenging workout.

Unique for 4D vibration is a high frequency of over 20 Hz in addition to the 3D vibration pattern. Vibration plates are definitely not harmful as such. Nevertheless, there are a few things you should keep in mind. In principle, any kind of sport should only be practised if your health allows it. If you have cold symptoms, dizziness, or an infection, you should definitely refrain from exercising. The same applies if, for example, your ears, nose, or sinuses are blocked, as these affect your sense of balance, which is essential when using a vibration plate. A technically correct performance of the exercises is also essential to protect your own health.

Vibro Plates can in fact have a positive effect on your health and alleviate medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or osteoporosis. The curved design in particular makes training even more ergonomically pleasant. A doctor should be consulted to determine whether training with a vibration plate is an option in each individual case.

It is important to warm up properly, to start your training slowly, and not to overdo it right from the start. As soon as your body gets used to the training, the duration and intensity of the training can be increased gradually, for example by using power ropes.

At the same time, you should remember to plan enough rest periods between training sessions so that your body has time to regenerate. Don't worry, the muscle groups will continue to work during these rest periods.

Make sure you perform the exercises correctly: don't arch your back, bend your joints slightly to protect them, and keep your head away from the vibration plate.
