Unassuming - but extremely effective. If you're looking for a short and snappy full-body workout, vibration plate workouts are all you need!

Home Vibration Plates

It is one of the big fitness trends of recent times: training with vibration plates. The principle behind it is simple: our body reacts to vibration with muscle contractions in order to keep its balance. This trains every single muscle fibre and ensures an effective full-body workout.

We explain below the most important advantages, which vibration techniques are available, for whom the workout is suitable and what you need to consider so you are well prepared to choose the ideal vibration plate for your home!

What are the Advantages of a Vibration Plate?

The advantages of vibration training are obvious: it is extremely effective and takes very little time. On average, people only use about 60 % of their muscles. Vibration training involves the other 40% and is particularly suitable for activating your deep muscles. Vibration training is an ideal full-body workout.

With a vibration board, you can achieve different goals such as muscle strengthening, fat burning and improved coordination, depending on the frequency level you choose. We also offer the right vibration board for relaxation or massage. In addition to muscle definition, fat burning and skin toning, a vibration plate can also be used for health purposes and can prevent or alleviate conditions such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure or diabetes. In these cases, it is important to follow your doctor's advice and discuss your individual workout with him or her.

Who are Vibration Plates Suitable for?

Whether young or old, a beginner or a professional athlete, a vibration trainer is interesting for every age and every fitness level.

Not only beginners, but also professional athletes like the three-time Olympic champion Max Rendschmidt - our brand ambassador - trust in the training results that can be achieved.

Like all specific strength training, training with a vibro plate is out of the question for children. Training should definitely only be started in adolescence. In general, individual health should always be considered.

Vibration Plates for Weight Loss

Let's get one thing straight: no sweat, no glory. Vibro Plates are not a "magic weapon" that work without your active participation. But vibration plates are a useful training tool to help you lose weight. Our vibration plates that target fat burning will help you get the most effective workout in the shortest amount of time, maximising your training effect. You should also make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet in order to lose weight effectively and long-term.

What are the Different Types of Vibration?

Oscilating Vibration

The side alternating or oscillating vibration technique is characterised by an up and down movement of the vibro plate. In contrast to the vertical vibration movement, this is a rocking movement that is intended to simulate the natural movement when walking. Both legs are alternately loaded. Oscillating vibration plates are particularly suitable for beginners who are just starting to exercise.

3D Vibration

3D vibration is also known as the triaxial vibration technique. With this technique, the vibro plate moves both in a linear and oscillating manner, creating a three-dimensional vibration pattern with low amplitudes. 3D vibration plates activate even more muscles than conventional two-dimensional vibration technology, allowing for an even more effective and coordinatively challenging workout.

4D Vibration

Unique for 4D vibration is a high frequency of over 20 Hz in addition to the 3D vibration pattern. The additional vibration function allows for an optimal workout by intensively activating your deep muscles. At the same time, the micro-vibration of 4D vibration plates provides a pleasant micro-oscillation massage that has a soothing effect on joints and muscles.

Are Vibration Plates Harmful to Your Health?

Vibration plates are definitely not harmful as such. Nevertheless, there are a few things you should keep in mind. In principle, any kind of sport should only be practised if your health allows it. If you have cold symptoms, dizziness, or an infection, you should definitely refrain from exercising. The same applies if, for example, your ears, nose, or sinuses are blocked, as these affect your sense of balance, which is essential when using a vibration plate. A technically correct performance of the exercises is also essential to protect your own health.

Vibro Plates can in fact have a positive effect on your health and alleviate medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or osteoporosis. The curved design in particular makes training even more ergonomically pleasant. A doctor should be consulted to determine whether training with a vibration plate is an option in each individual case.

How to Train Properly with a Vibration Plate

In principle, the same advice and tips apply to training with Vibro Plates as to any other regular training.

It is important to warm up properly, to start your training slowly, and not to overdo it right from the start. As soon as your body gets used to the training, the duration and intensity of the training can be increased gradually, for example by using power ropes.

At the same time, you should remember to plan enough rest periods between training sessions so that your body has time to regenerate. Don't worry, the muscle groups will continue to work during these rest periods.

Make sure you perform the exercises correctly: don't arch your back, bend your joints slightly to protect them, and keep your head away from the vibration plate.
