What is the difference between 3D, 4D and oscillating?

With oscillating vibration, the vibration plate only moves up and down, putting alternating pressure on the legs. With 3D vibration, there is also a linear movement. This vibration technique is also known as triaxial vibration. This activates even more muscles and makes training even more effective and challenging. With 4D vibration, a high frequency of over 20 Hz is also added. This activates the deep muscles even more.

Can I lose weight with vibration training?

Vibration plates can help you get closer to your training goal of losing weight. However, you should also make sure you eat a healthy and, above all, balanced diet and ideally draw up a training plan so that you can train regularly and continuously.

Is the vibration plate harmful to health?

As with any other fitness equipment or sport, you should also pay attention to your own fitness level and health when training on the vibration plate. This means that if you have a cold or other illness, you should pause your training or seek advice from your doctor. Colds and dizziness in particular affect your sense of balance, which is especially important when training on the vibration plate.

How is the vibration plate supplied with power?

All vibration plates are powered by a power supply unit connected to the socket. When choosing a location for your vibration plate, make sure that there is a power socket near your training area or use an extension cable.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum user weight of our vibration plates is between 120 and 125 kg. Our Vibroplate V3000 even has a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

Can I use the vibration plate on a carpet?

We recommend placing a floor protection mat under the vibration plate. This ensures that the vibration plate does not slip and has a sound-insulating effect. It also protects your floor from scratches.

What is the maximum time I should train on the vibration plate?

Depending on your fitness level, your workout on the vibration plate should last a maximum of 15 minutes.

Is the display illuminated?

The LCD displays or LED displays of the vibration plates are all illuminated.
