The combination of sturdy yet flexible fibreglass poles, tear-resistant, waterproof outer material and the very easy pitching of this practical tent makes the Kambo 6 versatile, whether as a popular companion for families who like it uncomplicated or for a group of friends who want to head off to the next music festival together.
The Kambo 6 is a compact, well-designed tunnel tent that can be used in a variety of ways. The Kambo is a loyal companion and stylish eye-catcher for families on the campsite and for friends at festivals.
The tunnel shape of the tent is not only stable and safe, it is also quick and easy to set up and take down. The tent has just 3 fibreglass poles and is ready for any outdoor adventure in no time at all.
The outer tent is silver-coated in the dark sleeping area. Although this does not come close to the darkening effect of the Skandika Sleeper technology, it still contributes to a noticeable darkening effect and thus ensures a more restful sleep.
The tent has three entrances: one on each of the two long sides and one at the front. If required, each door can be converted into a shady sun canopy using the 2 poles supplied or rolled up to the side.
One of the side entrances provides direct access to the sleeping cabin. This allows perfect ventilation and always ensures a pleasant indoor tent climate. All doors of the sleeping cabin are fitted with mosquito netting.
Two foil windows in the front wall and four side windows with mosquito netting allow plenty of light into the inside of the tent and at the same time allow a flexible air supply. If required, they can be darkened to make them weatherproof.
The lower half of the large side window is made of transparent film and the upper half of mosquito net, so that air exchange is guaranteed even when the doors are closed. Of course, all windows can also be darkened.
The sleeping cabin has its own firmly sewn-in floor and a separate tent floor is supplied for the living area. But how about using it completely without the cabin and groundsheet as an open play area for the children in the garden...?
Like all Skandika tents, the Kambo 6 not only impresses with its design but also with many practical extras, such as organiser pockets in the cabin, a hook for hanging a camping lamp and a practical carry bag.
