How do I store my rowing machine?

Which muscle groups do I train with a rowing machine?

Up to 85% of your muscles are trained during rowing training. This primarily includes the arm, shoulder, abdominal and core muscles in your upper body, as well as your gluteal, thigh and calf muscles in your lower body.

Can I place a carpet under the rowing machine?

We recommend placing a floor protection mat under the rowing machine. This ensures that the fitness equipment does not slip and has a sound-insulating effect.

Data transmission

The heart rate can be reliably transmitted to the Vinur's integrated heart rate receiver using an optional chest strap. This enables heart rate-dependent training and a well-monitored recovery time - making a training session even more effective!
