We continue to utilise the purist design and the advantages of the individually adjustable water resistance, but have added a new, innovative computer. The important training data such as stroke rate, distance, calories, heart rate, time and watts remain the same, but the Bluetooth interface for using apps such as Kinomap is new. The integrated receiver for the supplied Skandika chest strap also enables the heart rate to be displayed. Skandika customers receive a code to test the full version of the Kinomap app free of charge for 60 days through the Gold partnership with Kinomap. Live videos, coaching and virtual training videos take every training session to a new level and enable workouts in the most beautiful places in the world. The ergonomic and easy-glide seat has a large, comfortable seat surface and the non-slip pedals with Velcro fasteners and the sweat-repellent pull handle also contribute to a comfortable workout. The extra-long running rail and the high-quality construction of the Nemo III make the rowing machine particularly stable and robust. This makes it safe and comfortable to use for exercisers up to 200 cm tall and weighing up to 150 kg. The Nemo III can be folded up in just a few simple steps and is easy to move thanks to the transport wheels. When folded up, the rowing machine can be stored easily and space-savingly even in small flats.
