The Skandika car freezer box is absolutely perfect for your next camping holiday. The robust and extremely spacious electric freezer box is a real powerhouse with a capacity of 35 to 55 litres and offers space for all kinds of food and drinks - whether at home or on the go.
For freezing and cooling
This box is more than just a conventional cool box, as it can freeze food at an adjustable temperature down to -20 °C and even keep it frozen. Using the partition wall also creates two temperature zones that can be used simultaneously as a freezer and a refrigerator compartment.
Two operating modes
The box has a high-performance mode for fast cooling and maximum freezing capacity, as well as an energy-saving mode for efficient temperature maintenance. Once cooled to the right temperature on the power supply, it is ready for mobile use and keeps the temperature inside stable for a very long time thanks to its high-quality insulation.
Flexible power supply
The box is operated via the 12 V plug in the car or with the mains adapter at any socket at home - both cables and adapters are included in the scope of delivery. The box automatically recognises the voltage applied and also has integrated low-voltage protection to prevent the car battery, for example, from discharging.
Intuitive operation
The highly efficient freezing system is microcomputer-controlled and allows simple, intuitive operation via the control panel with digital display. The control buttons have an automatic locking function to prevent unintentional adjustment and a memory function eliminates the need for resetting when changing the mains supply.
Whisper quiet and low vibration
The average operating volume of the freezer box (in temperature maintenance mode) is approx. 45 dB, making it literally whisper-quiet. Even in high-performance mode, the box is not only quiet, but also extremely low-vibration and therefore not a major disturbance factor, even when used in a tent.
Easy transport
With its rounded corners and impact-resistant ABS housing, the freezer box is extremely robust. Firm handles on the two short sides make it back-friendly to carry and the combination of sturdy transport castors and a fold-out handle offers a safe transport option even for a fully loaded box.
Accessories and cable included
The LED light in the interior is particularly practical, as it makes it much easier to find the right food, especially in the darkened tent at night. Cables and adapters for the 12 V connection and for the domestic power supply as well as the partition wall and instructions for use are included.
