Combination machine with leg press
For those who want to take on a new challenge on a rowing machine, training on the Freki Plus is a great option. By simply adjusting and attaching the pull rope with click lock to the seat, the Freki Plus can be transformed from a rowing machine into a leg press.
Training additional muscle groups
The comfortable, padded seat with backrest provides a secure hold and the stability required to powerfully stretch your legs and push the seat backwards. This allows the calves, front, back and inner thigh muscles, buttocks and hips to be strengthened in a targeted manner.

With its raised running rail, retro-look side panelling and curved legs, Freki Plus not only looks good, but also offers a comfortable sitting position and easy ascent. Factors that make Freki Plus an absolute crowd favourite - especially for tall people.

The illuminated LCD computer display shows all relevant data for goal-orientated training control. Whether it's distance, time, calories burned, heart rate, wattage, the number of rowing strokes already performed or rowing strokes per minute - Freki Plus makes every workout unique.
Variety of programmes and resistances
With 24 electronically adjustable resistance levels via the training computer and 19 programmes, Freki Plus offers the right training conditions for everyone. The pulse is displayed by the integrated pulse receiver for standard, separately available 5.3 kHz chest straps. This makes a training session even more effective.
Compatible Skandika accessories
Attachment hooks at the back of the frame also allow the use of Skandika multi-resistance bands, which are available separately. They offer a variety of other floor exercises that optimally complement the workout with the rowing machine or can be used for warm-up and cool-down purposes.
Skandika x Kinomap
A Bluetooth function enables connection with apps. Through the Gold partnership with Kinomap, Skandika customers receive a code to test the full version of the Kinomap app free of charge for 60 days. Live videos, coaching and virtual training videos take every training session to a new level for workouts in the most beautiful places in the world.

During training, the tablet or smartphone is stored safely and clearly visible in the practical holder. Also great if you want to use your favourite series or playlist instead of training apps to keep you motivated. The integrated USB port also allows you to recharge your electronic devices.
