We are currently experiencing a significant increase in demand for our Skandika fitness equipment, partly due to the closure of fitness centres. This is pushing us to the limits of our existing capacities in all areas, to which we cannot react at short notice, as new employees must of course be adequately trained. In addition, the coronavirus measures taken are making it more difficult to train new employees.
As a result, the processing and dispatch of incoming orders is taking longer.
You can order as usual in the shop and have your order delivered to your home. Please note that due to the current situation, delivery times may be extended by the parcel services.
Our website always displays the latest information on availability.
An item labelled "Immediately available" is available in stock.
If the item is not in stock, but we already know the delivery date, the shop will display "Available from xxx". This delivery date only applies to the quantity then arriving. If you order now, you are securing the product for the specified delivery date. This delivery date is also stated on your order confirmation, which you will receive from us by e-mail.
Although we are working hard to fulfil the high demand for Skandika products, the current pre-order quantity may also be sold out quickly. The next date will then be displayed with a new, longer waiting time.
Yes, even large equipment such as rowing machines and cross trainers can still be delivered by our haulage company. Of course, we will do our best to maintain our usual delivery and service standards.
You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as your order has been dispatched. Depending on the shipping service provider, you will also receive your consignment number and tracking information.
The shipping companies commissioned by us will contact you by telephone to arrange the delivery date in advance. In this context, you have the option of making arrangements for alternative drop-off locations or delivery times directly with the shipping company.
Please note that parcel service providers and shipping companies are working to minimise contact with recipients when handing over parcels.
Freight forwarding deliveries are only delivered to the kerbside.
If your order consists of two parts, it can happen in rare cases that the parcels are not delivered on the same day by UPS. As a rule, the other parcel will arrive in the following two working days.
As we are also responding to the current corona-related situation internally with further hygiene measures and home office, we will not always be able to maintain the usual level of service at present. Due to the high demand, longer processing times than usual are therefore to be expected.
Please be assured that we take your request seriously and will do everything we can to provide you with feedback as quickly as possible. However, due to the high demand, longer waiting times than usual are to be expected at the moment.
