Skandika Bern 4 dome tent

For families and friends looking for a fresh, light-flooded tent, the Skandika Bern 4 is the perfect choice. The living area at the front of the tent is particularly bright and looks wonderfully spacious and airy thanks to its standing height of 210 cm. Three triangular windows made of foil let in plenty of light and, in good weather, the domed roof made of mesh inserts is an absolute highlight as it provides a wonderful view of the sky. If the weather doesn't play ball, the roof can be fitted with a rain cover and all the windows can be darkened for more privacy. Good air circulation is guaranteed not only by the mesh roof, but also by the protected ventilation openings in the rear wall of the two sleeping cabins.

The sleeping cabins opposite each other offer plenty of space for 2 people each and their sewn-in floors and the mosquito net on the entrance doors keep insects and creepy-crawlies at bay. They can either be closed completely or just with the mosquito net.

The spacious living area offers room for luggage, camping furniture or unexpected overnight guests and the entrance door can be set up as an awning to provide shade in the entrance and living area if required. The matching shelf for the living area is tub-shaped. It is attached to the outer tent with loops/ties so that nothing slips.

With the flexible, unbreakable fibreglass poles and the tear-resistant outer tent with a 4,000 mm water column, the Bern 4 is very stable, waterproof and can withstand any weather. Practical extras such as a hook for hanging a camping lamp and organiser pockets in the sleeping cabins make the Bern 4 a well-designed and comfortable tent that is quick and easy to pitch thanks to the colour-coded poles.
