You can vary the resistance by the amount of water in the water tank. The more water in the tank, the higher the resistance.

How much water do I put in the tank?

Pay attention to the markings on the tank, which indicate the maximum and minimum fill level.

How often do I have to change the water in the water tank?

We recommend that you change the water at least every 6 months - depending on the intensity of your training - or if there are signs of discolouration, algae, etc. To avoid this, never expose the water tank to direct sunlight.

Do I have to drain the water when stowing the rowing machine?

You do not have to drain the water from the water tank after every rowing training session. However, if you pause your rowing training for several days in a row, we recommend that you remove the water from the tank.

Why should I choose a rowing machine with water resistance?

Water rowing machines produce a pleasant sound backdrop during training, giving you a realistic rowing feeling. When performing the movement, you can regulate the resistance by adjusting the water level in the tank.

Can 2 people with different training requirements train?

Yes, because the resistance can be varied by the filling quantity. To do this, either drain the water or add more water to create a higher resistance.

Can I place a carpet under the rowing machine?

We recommend placing a floor protection mat under the rowing machine. This ensures that the fitness equipment does not slip and has a sound-insulating effect. It also protects your floor from scratches.

Can I use distilled water?

It is sufficient to fill the water tank of your rowing machine with plain tap water. Changing the water regularly and using chlorine tablets will help to prevent the build-up of deposits. Only use distilled water if you do not want to use chlorine tablets. However, this can cause deposits to form more quickly in the tank, as distilled water is chlorine-free.

What do I have to consider with chlorine tablets?

We recommend using chlorine tablets preferably before using distilled water with a water rowing machine. However, under no circumstances should chlorine tablets and distilled water be used at the same time, as otherwise the tank may be damaged.

Natural and joint-friendly rowing, perfectly combined with the user-friendliness of the powerful magnetic resistance, enables extremely effective training sessions "on the water" within your own four walls.

Skandika Dual Resistance System

In addition to the water resistance, the Nemo III Hybrid has a magnetic resistance that makes training even more effective. 32 levels are available and can be easily changed at any time via the training computer or the quick button integrated in the handle without having to change the amount of water in the tank.

Programme variety

The innovative on-board computer offers a total of 15 training programmes: 12 pre-installed programmes, a heart rate-controlled programme, a racing programme and a user-definable programme. Clear display

The clear LCD display provides a clear overview of all relevant training data, such as speed, time, time/500 m, distance, rowing strokes and calories. Ergonomic and stable

The Nemo III Hybrid is an extremely stable, safe and comfortable rowing machine for athletes up to 200 cm tall and weighing up to 130 kg. The ergonomically shaped, well-padded seat and the sweat-repellent handle ensure a comfortable workout. The size-adjustable footrests have Velcro straps for a non-slip grip.

Space-saving set-up function

Despite its weight and stability, the dual rowing machine is very easy to move thanks to its integrated transport wheels and can even be set up vertically to save space. Stoppers on the tank cover ensure sufficient stability in the vertical position and prevent it from tipping over.

Double running rail construction
